At Hopeful Healing Hub, I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their inner selves and overcome personal challenges.
As a licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Professional Coach with over 18 years of experience, I specialize in helping clients navigate difficult life transitions.
My approach is holistic and collaborative. I work with clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized treatment plan that incorporates a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
